    • Why can't I access my digital order?
      The digital order portal is only available to select digital delivery programs, please refer back to the item page or email received with your order to determine if your item is available in the digital portal. If you need assistance please contact us.
    • How can I check the value that is left on my Digital Code?
      Please check the terms and conditions found on your e-gift card to see if a "check balance" option is listed. You can also contact the brand directly. Each brand has a different method for contacting them with questions. Please follow these instructions provided in your email or in the redemption instructions for contacting them.
    • What if I don't receive the email containing my Digital Code?
      Your Digital Code will come from costco.com@memberedelivery.com. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the order in your inbox. Orders are usually delivered within the hour. Depending on if additional order validations are required by either Costco or your Credit Card company, delivery can take up to 48 hours.

      If the 'ship-to' and 'bill-to' emails are different, both recipients listed will get an email.

Simply enter your Costco order number and the email address used on your purchase. Your order number can be found on your confirmation email from Costco.com or on the Order & Returns section on your Costco account. To ensure delivery of your digital code emails to your inbox, confirm the email address you have entered in the Shipping Address field at checkout on costco.com has accurate spelling. Additionally, consider adding costco.com@memberedelivery.com to your Email Address Book or Safe List.
  • Accessing Your Purchase

    • What do I do if I lose my Digital Code?
      You can go to the following webpage: www.memberedelivery.com and enter your order details as directed (you will need your email address used to order on Costco.com and your Costco.com order confirmation number) to look up your purchase.
    • How do I find my Costco.com Order Number?
      Refer to the email sent from Costco or the email with your digital product information sent from costco.com@memberedelivery.com to find the Costco Order Confirmation Number. You can also log in to your Costco.com account and navigate to your order history where you will see all of your Costco.com orders listed.
    • What if the search page gives me an error that says "Your digital product was not found with the information you entered"?
      This means that the details you entered to find your purchase are either incorrect or your order hasn't been processed yet. Try back in an hour if it is close to the time you placed your order or verify your correct order details from your Costco.com account.
    • What if my Code has the message: "Your digital product is in process, please check back later"?
      This means that your code is still being generated and if there are no issues should be emailed to you shortly. Try back in 10 minutes.
    • What if my Code has the message: "Your order was not valid and has been cancelled"?
      This means that your order had some issues during processing. You will receive an email from Costco.com confirming the cancellation.
    • What if my Code has the message: "This item has been returned"?
      This means that your code was returned. You will receive an email confirming the return from Costco.com.

    • How do I redeem the value I purchased?
      The email will contain redemption instructions specific to the brand you purchased from; follow these steps. Be sure to save your email with instructions until after the value is credited to your account or you have redeemed your purchase. You will either receive a Code with Redemption Instructions in the email or you will be directed to a website to access your purchase.
    • How quickly will I be able to use my purchase?
      You can use the Digital Code immediately after you receive it by following the instructions in your email.
    • How can I confirm that the value was added to my account?
      After redeeming, each brand has a different method for contacting them with questions. Please follow these instructions provided in your email or in the redemption instructions for contacting them.
    • How can I check the value that is left on my Digital Code or Code?
      You can contact the brand directly that your digital purchase is from. Each brand has a different method for contacting them with questions. Please follow these instructions provided in your email or in the redemption instructions for contacting them.
  • Gifting

    • How can I gift a Digital Code to someone else?
      Access your purchase through the Digital Order Portal at www.memberedelivery.com. If enabled, click the Send Gift button next to the Code you would like to gift. Fill out the required fields and select Send. You can gift a code as many times as you like, but it can only be used once.
    • What if I receive an error that the gift email address is invalid?
      Check that you are sending to the correct email address and that you have filled out the Recipient's Email Address properly.
    • How can I check that I sent the gift to the correct email address?
      You will see a message just above the Order Number that will show you the email address you sent the gift to. If you return to the website at a later time and search for your order, you will be able to see the email address and the most recent date the gift was emailed next to the card image.
