      Please check the terms and conditions found on your e-gift card to see if a "check balance" option is listed. You can also contact the venue directly. Each venue has a different method for contacting them with questions. Please follow these instructions provided in your email or in the redemption instructions for contacting them.
    • What if I don't receive the email containing my Digital Code?
      Make sure that you are checking the inbox for the email address associated with your Costco account (your login email address) and that your email inbox is not full. Your Digital Code will come from costco.com@memberedelivery.com If you do not see your email within a few hours of your purchase, confirm that it was not misdirected to your spam/junk folder. Codes are usually delivered very quickly or within 48 hours depending on additional order validation required by Costco or your Credit Card company.       Refer to the email sent from Costco or the email with your digital product information sent from costco.com@memberedelivery.com to find the Costco Order Confirmation Number. You can also log in to your Costco.com account and navigate to your order history where you will see all of your Costco.com orders listed.
    • What if the search page gives me an error that says "Your digital product was not found with the information you entered"?
      This means that the details you entered to find your purchase are either incorrect or your order hasn't been processed yet. Try back in an hour if it is close to the time you placed your order or verify your correct order details from your Costco.com account.
    • What if my Code has the message: "Your digital product is in process, please check back later"?
      This means that your code is still being generated and if there are no issues should be emailed to you shortly. Try back in 10 minutes.
    • What if my Code has the message: "Your order was not valid and has been cancelled"?
      This means that your order had some issues during processing. You will receive an email from Costco.com confirming the cancellation.
    • What if my Code has the message: "This item has been returned"?
      This means that your code was returned. You will receive an email confirming the return from Costco.com.

      The email will contain redemption instructions specific to the venue you purchased from; follow these steps. Be sure to save your email with instructions until after the value is credited to your account or you have redeemed your purchase. You will either receive a Code with Redemption Instructions in the email or you will be directed to a website to access your purchase.

      You can use the Digital Code immediately after you receive it by following the instructions in your email.

      You can contact the venue directly that your virtual purchase is from. Each venue has a different method for contacting them with questions. Please follow these instructions provided in your email or in the redemption instructions for contacting them.

    • How can I gift a Digital Code to someone else?
      Access your purchase through the Digital Order Portal at www.memberedelivery.com. If enabled, click the Send Gift button next to the Code you would like to gift. Fill out the required fields and select Send. You can gift a code as many times as you like, but it can only be used once.
    • What if I receive an error that the gift email address is invalid?
      Check that you are sending to the correct email address and that you have filled out the Recipient's Email Address properly.
    • How can I check that I sent the gift to the correct email address?
      You will see a message just above the Order Number that will show you the email address you sent the gift to. If you return to the website at a later time and search for your order, you will be able to see the email address and the most recent date the gift was emailed next to the card image.
